Rapids use MLS Re-Entry Draft to select goalkeeper Andre Rawls from NYCFC

Breaking News: The Colorado Rapids announced via social media that the club selected New York City FC goalkeeper, Andre Rawls in today's MLS Re-Entry Draft.

Rawls, 26, a native from San Ramon, California was drafted by NYCFC in the third round (44th overall) of the 2015 MLS SuperDraft. He spent time with NYCFC's USL affiliate, the Wilmington Hammerheads making 22 starts. In 2018, Rawls was on loan with USL's Orange County SC, making 29 appearances, with 87 saves.
