With Centennial 38's Keep Fighting Tifo covering the west stands, a couple thousand Colorado Rapids season ticket holders welcomed Tim Howard at an open practice at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.
The first player out for practice was Zac MacMath. He was shortly followed by the rest of the squad as the all earned a round of applause from the crowd.
One of the good things about the Rapids is they also included some members of the academy. They were out there getting some experience with the first team. It also helps the first team by having a good number of players fit practice.
