Welcome back to Dick’s Sporting Goods Park for the return of the defending champions Portland Timbers (TICKETS), presented by Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children.
When the Timbers were previously in town, back on July 4, they represented home game number nine for us, and match number 17 for the season. We met them at the midway point of the campaign. At that stage we were among the contenders, and unbeaten at home. Well, here we are, about to play match number 30, and we remain among the leading sides in all of MLS.
