Tim Howard's list of achievements continues to grow.
His appearance in the U.S.A’s victory over Trinidad & Tobago elevated him past Kasey Keller for most goalkeeper appearances in U.S. World Cup qualifying history.
It was also his 110th cap, tied for 10th all-time with Carlos Bocanegra and Paul Caligiuri, and the 4-0 victory brought him his 37th international shutout.
The win was enough to see the U.S. climb to the top of their semifinal qualifying group, a position they have now finished for six consecutive World Cup cycles. They will progress to CONCACAF's final round of qualifying, informally referred to as the hexagonal.
