As things currently stand, the bulk of the Rapids’ remaining games will be away from Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and, having dropped points at home, a greater emphasis will be placed on collecting points on the road, starting with Saturday’s first-ever visit to Atlanta United FC (Altitude 5:00 p.m. MT).
That may be easier said than done, as the Rapids’ away record in 2017 is 0-6-0. They are the only team in all of MLS without a point outside of their own patch, having lost at New York Red Bulls, Sporting Kansas City, Minnesota United, Orlando City SC, Chicago Fire, and Philadelphia Union.
