With the Colorado Rapids tying six of the last nine games, I think I speak for us all when I say a win today would be great. It would also get us up there with Dallas FC for first place in the Western Conference. Not to mention increasing the unbeaten streak to 16(!) games.
NYCFC is hanging on to a two point lead over their NY rivals, the Red Bulls, for number one in the Eastern Conference, so both teams today could really use a win. While New York City FC might be missing David Villa, we are still going to see Jack Harrison, Thomas McNamara, Frank Lampard, and Andrea Pirlo on the small, Yankees Stadium pitch today.
