Colorado Rapids announced today that defender Dennis Castillo has been loaned to Charlotte Independence of the United Soccer League (USL). Per the Right of Recall incorporated in the loan agreement, the Rapids retain the right to recall Castillo at any point during the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.
“This will be another great opportunity for Dennis to get match fit as the first team is off for the next two weeks,” said Paul Bravo, VP of Soccer Ops & Technical Director. “Charlotte is off to a fantastic start to their season and we’re confident Dennis will benefit from his time there.
