The Colorado Rapids announced that they will be partnering with Rangeview High School Unified Soccer Team from Aurora for 2018. This will mark the 7th year that the MLS side has participated in the Special Olympics program. The roster includes players between the ages of 16-35, including both men and women with and without intellectual disabilities.
Once the team is selected, there is an official Signing Day for the players to sign their contracts, get their kits, and even be interviewed by Richard Fleming. The players also get to train with Rapids players and coaches, including Zac MacMath, Tommy Smith, and Jack Price.
