BOULDER — Due to a scheduling change, the Colorado women's golf team will compete in a pair of tournaments this week in Arizona, starting Monday, at the Arizona Wildcat Invitational in Tucson, Ariz.
The Wildcat Invite (March 8-9) is a two-day event featuring two rounds (36-holes) on the first day and the final round on the second day. The 16-team field will play at the 6,627-yard, par 72 Sewailo Golf Club in Tucson. CU will compete against several Pac-12 schools, including the host, Arizona, as well as Oregon, Oregon State and Southern California. The other teams competing are Denver, Iowa, Iowa State, Long Beach State, Northern Arizona, Nebraska, New Mexico State, Oklahoma State, Texas, New Mexico and UNLV.
