Outside of finding the next coach to replace him, the next question is what will become of the 35th-ranked 2020 recruiting class that recently signed on to join Tucker in Boulder?
Even with eight recruits already enrolled, according to 247sports, and 16 others signing a National Letter of Intent (NLI), there’s no guarantee that whoever takes over the program next will retain the entire class. While a signed National Letter of Intent (NLI) remains binding even after a head coach leaves a program, athletes can ask to be released from their NLI and schools have done so in the past under similar circumstances.
