The men and women's throwers posted four marks in the CU top 10, taking two collegiate wins along the way and one school record. Gya'ni Sami bettered her own CU school record with a second-place overall finish tossing the weight 19.62 meters (64-4.5). She finished as the top collegiate finisher. Unattached athlete moved to third in CU history with a toss of 18.23 meters (59-9.75) while Bella Braun finished fifth overall with a toss of 16.70 meters (54-9.5) to move to 10th in CU history.
On the men's side, Tyler Sconce wThe University of Colorado weight throwers had the best day in throws history here Friday at the Air Force Collegiate Open.
