Volleyball To Train At USOTC

BOULDER—The University of Colorado volleyball team is in Colorado Springs, Colo. to train at the United States Olympic Training Center until August 14.

“We are pleased to be able to return to the USOTC,” coach Liz Kritza said. “We’re the only program in the country that has done that for the last five years and it has become our standard preseason training facility.”

The USOTC in Colorado Springs is the headquarters for the U.S. Olympic Committee administration and the Olympic Training Center programs. As of August 1998, there are 12 USOC member organizations that have their national headquarters on the complex, and 12 other member organizations and two international sports federations located nearby in Colorado Springs, including USA Volleyball.
