BOULDER – Colorado tied Arizona 0-0 on Sunday afternoon at Prentup Field in its final home match of the 2017 regular season. The Buffs are now 8-5-4 overall and 2-4-2 in the Pac-12, while the Wildcats are 7-4-4 and 4-2-2.
HOW IT HAPPENED: The first half was very active on both ends of the field, but neither team could find the goal.
Jalen Tompkins came up with two huge saves early in the second half to keep the match scoreless, stopping a breakaway in the 54th minute and a saving a free kick from the top of the 18 in the 56th minute.
