The Colorado Buffaloes alumni are once again competing in The Tournament (TBT). For the fourth time in as many summers, Team Colorado has blown out their first round opponent en route to advancing in TBT.
If you’re new or need refreshing, TBT is an open-entry, 72-team single-elimination tournament whose winner takes home a $2 million grand prize. Team Colorado, a collection of former Buffaloes, finished in second place in 2016 and made it to the Round of 16 in 2017. They came into this summer’s TBT as the 2nd seed in the West Region. They are arguably the most experience team in the competition and are among the favorites to win it.
