Senior Scout Watson recorded her first career solo shutout on Friday, helping Colorado blank the UTSA Roadrunners, 4-0 . The shutout continues the Buffaloes' streak of holding the opposition scoreless for the consecutive game to open the season.
Junior Tatum Barton led the offense for the second consecutive game. She followed up her hat-trick performance against Missouri with another two goals on Friday. Senior Jorian Baucom registered her second goal as a Buff and a late own goal rounded out the scoring.
UTSA recorded the first scoring opportunity of the evening, testing Watson in the 4th minute.
