RENO, Nev. –For the second game in a row, the Colorado women's basketball team overcame a 10-point deficit. The Buffaloes fought from behind against Nevada to pick up the 65-52 win in the first game of the Nevada Nugget Classic.
STAT LEADERS: Junior Quniessa Caylao-Do led all scorers with 16 points. She went 7-of-8 from the field and snagged six rebounds. Senior Alexis Robinson finished the afternoon with 11 points, shooting 50.0 percent (4-8) from the floor. Senior Kennedy Leonard totaled nine points to go with her five rebounds and seven assists.
