BOULDER – This past week was a very successful one for the Colorado Buffaloes across the board. With many deserving of the athlete of the week honor, six especially stood out. Magnus Boee and Emma Hammergaard of skiing, Madie Boreman and Eduardo Herrera of track and field, Megan Forster of tennis and Sadie Grozier of lacrosse were named CU Athletes of the Week presented by Arrow for the week of February 21-27.
This week the ski team headed to Steamboat Springs, Colo., for the Spencer James Nelson Memorial Invitational and RMISA Championships, where Boee finished as a runner-up in both the men's 10K Classic and 20K Freestyle with 37 points in both.
