CANONSBURG, PA. — Incoming University of Colorado freshman Hailey Schalk won the AJGA Junior at Southpointe Presented by Dick's Sporting Goods on Thursday.
The Erie, Colo., native recorded a 222 (70-75-77) during the three-day tournament, finishing 6-over at the 5,669-yard, par-72 Southpoint Golf Club.
"This was a nice way for Hailey to end her junior career with a win at the national level," Colorado head coach Anne Kelly said. "Now she moves on to the college level and we are excited to have her join us at CU!
