Phillip Lindsay was back at it in his second preseason game with the Denver Broncos. In a 24-23 loss to the Chicago Bears, the former Colorado Buffaloes star stole the show with his energetic play all over the field. This continues Lindsay’s impressive preseason.
Lindsay started at running back with the second-team offense after halftime. He had 32 yards on 6 carries. More importantly than his numbers, he demonstrated the burst and elusiveness that made him such a special running back at Colorado. This 15-yard run brought back so many memories:
Lindsay didn’t have any catches, but he has already proved himself as a receiver with the Broncos.
