Sophomore running back Patrick Carr has left the Colorado Buffaloes football program.
As a true freshman last season from The Woodlands, Texas, Carr ranked fourth on the team with 272 rushing yards on 66 carries. He showed flashes throughout the season but his brightest came against UCLA where he rushed for 100 yards and one TD. In addition to football, Carr was a member of track and field squad during the spring, sprinting for the Buffs.
Carr could have had a bright future with the Buffs but the backfield seems crowded, especially with the addition of incoming freshman Beau Bisharat.
