Box Score BOULDER — For the third straight match, the 18th ranked Colorado volleyball team swept its opponent, this time taking down New Orleans, 25-18, 25-13, 25-12 on Saturday afternoon at the Omni Invitational.
WHAT HAPPENED: Three Buffs, Alexis Smith, Gabby Simpson and Justine Spann, recorded a team high six kills. Naghede Abu tallied seven blocks while Spann also led the team in digs with 13.
SET 1: The Buffs had a 14-7 lead in the first set before the Privateers were able to cut the advantage to three points at 15-12.
