BERKELEY, Calif. — The University of Colorado women's soccer team set a pair of record in its 3-0 win at California on Thursday.
The No. 15 Buffaloes (13-0-3, 5-0-2 Pac-12) extended their unbeaten streak to a program record 16 games. Colorado's three goals on the afternoon gave the team 46 on the season, setting the single-season record.
Each side had just one shot in the game's first 10 minutes. Senior Jorian Baucom was the spark the CU offense needed in the first half. She created early goal-scoring opportunities, sending two chances just high and wide to build momentum.
