McKinley Wright IV has been on a lot of zoom calls this summer.
Since the three-time All-Pac-12 guard declared for the NBA draft March 26, he’s done interviews, told his life story countless times, done film breakdowns, and had teams evaluate both his on- and off-court abilities. The only thing he wasn’t able to do was play basketball in front of them.
“I know a lot of teams were planning to bring me in to work out with them but that said, we couldn’t do that because of COVID-19,” he said.
Ultimately, Wright chose to come back to Colorado for his senior season, announcing his return Aug.
