BOULDER – Former Colorado women's basketball standout, Kennedy Leonard, has agreed to continue her basketball career professionally with Herner TC in Germany.
"I'm incredibly excited and humbled to have an opportunity to play on the best team in Germany in one of the top leagues in the world," Leonard said. "Playing professionally has been a goal of mine since I can remember. I'm very thankful for this opportunity."
Herner TC is located in the west German town of Herne, 23.3 kilometers west of Dortmund. The team plays in the Bundesliga, the top level in Germany.
