DAVIS, Calif. – Colorado lacrosse led UC Davis 11-6 at halftime, but the Aggies worked their way back and got back within two goals (15-13) during the second half at UC Davis Health Stadium on Friday afternoon before the Buffaloes were able to close the door on UCD and pick up their first road win of the season.
The Buffs (6-5) ended up with a 16-13 win and worked hard against a very aggressive UCD team that was looking for its first win this season over a Pac-12 team. The Aggies, now 7-4, have only lost to Pac-12 teams this season.
