The star of the Colorado Buffaloes was drafted second overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. Then, Travis Hunter, the legendary two-way player, was listed as a WR1 for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Now, Hunter has been placed on Injured Reserve, just a few weeks into his rookie season, which was supposed to be one for the record books.
Hunter suffered an apparent non-contact knee injury during practice on Thursday and will be sidelined for at least four games, if not longer. In a mid-week press conference, Jacksonville coach Liam Coen updated the media on Hunter's status.
