Jackson State standout Shilo Sanders transfers to Colorado

The wave of Sanders’ keeps coming to Boulder. Shilo Sanders announced he would be transferring to Colorado after graduating from Jackson State University last week. No real surprise considering his the situation.

Sanders, a 6-foot, 195-pound cornerback, was an All-SWAC selection and also made the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll in 2019 while at South Carolina. He racked up 59 tackles (2.5 for loss) with 5 INT’s, 12 PDU’s, and a forced fumble. Sanders appeared in four games as a true freshman at SC. He used the NCAA rule to retain the year of eligibility.

Shilo is a pure athlete who can play the role of a disruptor in one-on-one battles.
