The latest player to join the 2019 class is Titus Toler. If that name sounds somewhat familiar, it’s because his father, Robert Toler, played WR in the late 90’s for the Buffs. The younger Toler plays at St. John Bosco High School, a power in Southern California and the high school of Shay Fields and Jacob Callier.
