CHANDLER, Ariz. — The University of Colorado men's golf team turned in its best score out of three tries here Tuesday, but it wasn't enough to move up in the standings as the Buffaloes finished in 18th place as the Wyoming Cowboy Classic came to a close.
No. 72 San Diego State ran away with the event, finishing with a 39-under par team score of 825; Long Beach State, ranked 85th, was a distant second with a 26-under 838 effort.
