Golfers Finish 14th in Arizona's National Invitational

Bjorlow, Krantz Under Par In Final Round

TUCSON, Ariz. — The University of Colorado men's golf team had decent rounds to open and close the weekend here, but a high score in the middle cost the Buffaloes a higher finish, as the team settled for 14th place here Sunday as the Arizona National Invitational Tournament came to a close.

No. 8 Oklahoma State held off an all-day charge from rival and No. 2 Oklahoma, as the Cowboys claimed the event with a 47-under par score of 817. The Sooners were just four back at 43-under (821), not able to overtake the three-shot advantage OSU had entering the final round.
