RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – A pair of former University of Colorado women golfers are preparing to compete in the first stage of LPGA and Symetra Tour Qualifying School, which begins here Thursday at Mission Hills Country Club and West Mission Hills Resort.
Alexis Keating, an Elma, Wash. native and Jamie Oleksiew from Vancouver, British Columbia both graduated in May and are two of 347 golfers looking to advance to Stage II of the three-stage LPGA qualifying process. The first stage will play out over four days, Thursday, Aug.
