BOULDER – Juniors Filip Forejtek and Stef Fleckenstein were both named the RMISA Skiers of the Meet for the RMISA Championships, the league announced Saturday.
Forejtek finished second in the slalom race and sixth in the GS race at the RMISA Championships, picking up the honor in the last opportunity of the 2021 season. He was tied with Montana State's Louis Muhlen-Schulte, who finished second in the GS and sixth in the slalom, but won on the tiebreaker of adding times together. He lost to Muhlen-Schulte by .73 seconds in the slalom but won by 1.
