BOULDER — University of Colorado men's golf coach Roy Edwards has added to his 2022 recruiting class, as he has signed Robby Keilch from Newport Beach, Calif., to a letter-of-intent.
As a senior at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, a year ago last spring he led his team to the 2021 Trinity League Championship and CIF Division 1 title. He took the "gap" year off between high school and college but competed in several amateur events, and with some very impressive results.
"The extra year provided by taking a gap year has afforded me extra time to truly evaluate what I wanted for my next step in my golf career and educational focus," Keilch said.
