Dorrell Relieves Rodrigue of Offensive LIne Coaching Duties

BOULDER — University of Colorado head football coach Karl Dorrell announced Monday that he has relieved offensive line coach Mitch Rodrigue of his duties, effective immediately.

Coaching the linemen for the remainder of the season will be handled internally. Graduate assistant Donovan Williams has been working with the line for the better part of the last two seasons and has previous experience coaching linemen as a graduate assistant. Also on staff is William Vlachos, who has been in quality control, specifically as the defensive blitz and offensive front specialist; he was an All-American center for Alabama as a senior in 2011 and has spent the majority of his coaching career working with the offensive line.
