BOULDER — University of Colorado head football coach Karl Dorrell announced on Sunday that he has added Clay Patterson to his staff as tight ends/passing game coordinator.
As with all hires of this nature, it is subject to the approval of CU's Board of Regents.
Patterson, 39, is joining the CU staff from the University of Minnesota, where he coached the tight ends the past four seasons. The last two years he worked under Mike Sanford, who Dorrell named as CU's new offensive coordinator on Dec.
