It was only a matter of time before Deion Sanders got Colorado rolling on the recruiting trail. It has been a slow start to the 2026 cycle, with Coach Prime's recent health issues keeping him from being as aggressive as he would normally be in pursuit of prospects.
The Buffaloes have built some recent momentum with a few commitments, none bigger than 4-star LB Rodney Colton Jr. But Sanders and his staff are still big-game hunting. While there are still some highly-regarded uncommitted prospects out there, Colorado will also be looking to flip prospects who have already committed.
