Defensive end from Georgia commits to the Buffaloes

It makes sense, given that Mel Tucker was just part of a Georgia staff that took the Bulldogs toe-to-toe with Alabama. Tucker and his staff are hitting the state of Georgia hard this cycle, and they are succeeding. After hitting a home run with Jake Wray earlier this cycle, Tucker and OLB coach Brian Michalowski went back to the deep talent well to pull a great player in Alvin Williams.

Williams hails from Cedar Grove High School in Ellenwood, Georgia, which is a little southwest of Atlanta. At 6’4 and around 220 pounds, he has the perfect frame a wide defensive end or even a stand up OLB, and could possibly shift more inside if there’s room.
