From the moment she stepped to the first tee box until the moment she sank her final putt of the day, Alexis Keating felt good.
Then came the greatest feeling of all for the Colorado junior.
"When I made the final birdie and my team came out and gave me a hug, that was the best moment and it will go down in the books as one of my best moments so far at school," Keating said.
A record-breaking round by Keating, who fired a 5-under-par 66, highlighted a banner day for the CU women's golf team on Wednesday at the Pac-12 Championships at Boulder Country Club.
