Colorado forward Jamee Swan is no different from her teammates and most of her competition around the nation when it comes to trying to improve in the offseason.
There isn't a part of her game that doesn't need work and it can be accurately said she's working hard on everything trying to get better in advance of her senior season.
But Swan is a little further along in the process than many and when forced to pinpoint where she hopes to improve most, she can boil it down to one word.
Consistency.
Swan led the Buffs in scoring, rebounding and blocked shots as a junior and was the team's best player most of the season.
