USAFA, Colo. — The University of Colorado track and field program picked up a pair of wins on the second day of the Ralph Lindeman Invitational here Friday while advancing seven athletes through to Saturday's finals.
The CU women dominated in the women's long jump with Avery McMullen taking the title with a jump of 5.98m (19-7.5). She was followed closely by Kara Lucyk in second in 5.95m (19-6.25), moving into sixth in CU history in the event. Jada Green rounded out the top five for CU with a jump of 5.
