The question of who will eventually replace Josh Scott as the Colorado Buffaloes' premier big man will remain unanswered for the time being.
CU was one of four finalist hoping to land the services of Australian big man Harry Froling, but CBSSports.com reported Monday evening that Froling had decided on SMU. That choice soon was confirmed by Froling himself in a tweet that read: "Happy to announce I have officially committed to SMU!!!! Excited to feel the moody magic and now I can officially #ponyup!!!"
Rather than play for head coach Tad Boyle, the 6-foot-10 Froling instead will play for Boyle's college coach at Kansas, Hall of Famer Larry Brown.
