LEXINGTON, Kent. – Following a 5-0 start and upset of the No.5-ranked team in the nation, the University of Colorado women's volleyball team jumped to 19th in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), the second-largest jump into the polls in school history.
The Buffs are 15-1 in sets this season after sweeping Iowa and former No.5-ranked Illinois last weekend in Iowa City. Colorado is dominating behind a strong mix of veterans and young players, including Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week Meegan Hart and Pac-12 Freshman of the Week Jill Schneggenburger.
