BOULDER – Colorado track and field returns home for the 2022 Colorado Invitational with field events set for Friday beginning at noon followed by running events Saturday starting at 11 a.m.
The Buffs will be competing athletes in every event except the men's 800 and women's pole vault and triple jump. Colorado will also debut several distance athletes from the women's fourth-place finishing cross country team.
Some athletes making their debut include Micaela Degenero and Madie Boreman in the women's 800 as well as Alec Hornecker leading nine CU men in the men's 3,000.
