CU golf's Yannik Paul, Ross Macdonald earn All-Pac-12 honors

Senior Yannik Paul and sophomore Ross Macdonald were named to the 22-man All-Pac-12 men's golf team, which was announced by the conference Thursday.

Paul garnered first-team honors, the first Buffalo to earn the highest distinction on the team since the Buffaloes joined the Pac-12 in 2011-12. His brother Jeremy earned second-team mention in both 2014 and 2016, while Ethan Freeman was named honorable mention a year ago.

Macdonald earned honorable mention honors for this year; both he and Paul tied for second with 12-under 202 scores in last week's Pac-12 Conference Championships outside of Los Angeles.

"It's a great honor and representative of a special season for Yannik," CU head coach Roy Edwards said.
