Mike MacIntyre is as sold as ever on moving spring ball up a month in the calendar.

Colorado's third-year football coach made the switch this year, starting spring practices in February and ending them in mid-March in order to maximize what his team might be able to accomplish in the weight room this offseason.

There are still several months remaining before the Buffs officially report for fall camp in August and the start of the 2015 season, but MacIntyre raved last week about the strength gains his team produced during the spring semester.
