The CU Buffs have yet to get in the College Football Playoffs since it was first instituted in 2014. But for the next three years, their leader will have a hand in leading it.
CU athletic director Rick George has been named to the College Football Selection Committee, CFP executive director Bill Hancock announced Wednesday.
George will be one of three new representatives added to the 13-member committee, serving for a three-year term starting this spring. He was nominated for the role by Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott.
