Colorado's cornerback play hasn't been good enough this season. The Buffaloes were always going to have a tough time replacing Travis Hunter at CB, but the fall was not expected to be quite as substantial as it has been.

Per Pro Football Focus, there have been 58 cornerbacks in the Big 12 play at least 20% of the coverage snaps for their respective teams this year. Colorado has five corners on that list and in terms of coverage grades, they rank 22nd, 46th, 54th, 55th and 58th.
