BOULDER — The University of Colorado track and field team opens the 2023 calendar year at home this Friday and Saturday in the 2023 Potts Invitational.
The meet will be two of three days in Boulder this season for the Buffs as Potts Field will be reconstructed for the 2024 Pac-12 Championships beginning this spring. CU will also host the Colorado Invitational later this month in a one-day session on January 27th.
Friday will serve as the field event day beginning at noon. The Buffs will have a number of contestants from the combined events squad in the jumps including returning pentathlon All-American Avery McMullen in the high jump alongside Allie Routledge and freshman Riley Burkey.
