A little absence makes the heart grow fonder. Trustin Oliver was originally supposed to sign to the Buffs last year, but life got in the way and he ended up at a community college. Now, a year older, wiser, and bigger, Oliver signed with the Buffs and he will play right away.
Oliver, from Iowa by way of Colorado by way of California, is familiar to the CU staff. He’s now 6’4 and over 200 pounds, which puts him at safety. Or STAR. Or linebacker. Who knows? He’s still going to play.
