The Colorado Buffaloes have dropped from 18th to 21st in the latest AP Poll. This follows the close win over USC and the brutal loss to UCLA, which by all means was not a good week for Colorado basketball.
The Buffs didn’t fall much in the rankings because everyone else lost too. Of all the teams between #16 to #25, only #20 Iowa and #23 BYU survived unscathed. It was hard for the Buffs to fall in the polls with everyone else falling with them.
It was a choatic week for the top teams as well, as #1 Baylor, #2 Gonzaga, #4 San Diego State, #6 Duke, #7 Maryland and #9 Penn State (twice!
